Was reading this morning and came across Psalm 30:5 again. It’s one of my absolute favorite verses.
“For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”

Why is it that every Sunday night the enemy tries my patience? Lord, please take this burden away from me. Be with me right now as I try to talk to my brother and pray with him. The Prayer of Commitment

As long as you keep trying to control events your stress levels will just keep mounting. But when you learn to hand things over to God, you’ll wonder why you spent even a single day worrying.
Lord, help me give my burdens to you. Teach me to trust in You.

GODRIC-amazing band. Two of the band members, Aubrey Torres and Giovan Polanco, attend RealityLA and play in the worship band as well. Derek is a very close friend of mine and has an amazing girlfriend-Emma-who also sings with the band. The two other band members-Darren Galindo and Alex Burke are very talented musicians.They’re next show is on the 19th at the Gypsy Den. I’m so stoked!
